Payments Operations Analyst I

📋 Description

• Process high-volume payment files and reconcile user accounts with high accuracy.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to troubleshoot payment issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure payment processing.
• Investigate and resolve payment and product issues; escalate when needed.
• Identify friction points in user cases and propose data-backed improvements.
• Improve SOPs and handle ad hoc payments tasks as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years in Payments, Financial Operations, or Banking.
• Ability to take initiative and be a proactive problem solver.
• Strong Excel, project management and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Clear and concise communication to translate payment issues for non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours may be required.
