Payments Orchestration Specialist

📋 Description

• Configure and optimize routing rules for live merchants across providers
• Manage payment traffic to maximize approval rates while controlling costs
• Monitor payment performance, investigate routing issues, adjust traffic allocations
• Analyze declines, provider performance, and trends to improve routing efficiency
• Respond to operational changes such as blocked MIDs and provider limits
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Partnerships and Product to ensure stable processing

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Payment Routing/Operations/Orchestration or PSP Ops
• FinTech/PSP/iGaming/Crypto experience
• Experience with multiple PSPs and acquiring partners
• Familiarity with custom routing platforms and automation tools
• Strong understanding of acquiring, routing, authorization flow, MIDs, and optimization
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decisions
