📋 Description

• Define and evolve payout partner strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Identify partners in each market; structure deals; renegotiate terms.
• Drive global payout deals; develop commercial structures; address regulations.
• Manage relationships with banks, processors, partners; executive engagement.
• Monitor performance; close gaps; coordinate cross-functional improvements.
• Lead strategic reviews and resolve issues in performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in payments/fintech; 8+ years in partnerships.
• Proven success negotiating multi-million partnerships.
• Craft and execute partner strategies driving growth.
• Deep knowledge of global payments and cross-border payouts.
• Understanding of payment cost structures (interchange, FX).
• Experience resolving partner conflicts across markets.
