📋 Description

• Partner with commercial teams to drive adoption of optimization.
• Leverage data-driven insights with Data Analysts to inform merchant talks.
• Lead discussions with customers, equipping teams with tools and training.
• Act as a payment optimization expert, offering internal guidance and merchant support.
• Deploy sophisticated optimization playbooks across Adyen’s portfolio.
• Upsell Adyen products (Protect, Uplift) by bridging customers and product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Risk, Payment Performance, Data or similar in payments.
• Experience in payments is a must.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Based in São Paulo office (3 days in person).
• Strong data analysis; dashboards in Looker/Tableau a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
