Payments Processor (Operations)

📋 Description

• Process transactions (e.g., payments, reconciliations, data updates) in line with procedures and
• Review and validate information from internal and external parties to ensure accuracy and
• Monitor and manage work queues, inboxes, and intake channels to meet SLA commitments.
• Follow established procedures and controls to ensure consistent and reliable processing.
• Investigate transaction issues, discrepancies, and exceptions, ensuring timely resolution.
• Resolve queries through internal systems or communication channels, escalating when necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Experience in operations, processing, or shared services is an advantage.
• Knowledge of currency requirements, payment formatting and banking payment networks such as SWIFT
• Bank account and customer account balance reconciliation experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of compliance operations or related fields with the experience in payments, screenings
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
