Payments Product Junior Manager (PH)

📋 Description

• Build and expand fiat payments by integrating providers and banks.
• Productize payments: e-wallet, tokenized payments, crypto-to-fiat for partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to optimize the payments journey and backend flows.
• Own operational metrics like payment conversion rates.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to scale the business efficiently.
• Assist external clients with API integration questions and troubleshooting.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Philippine banking, fintech and payments.
• Degree in STEM or business/finance/economics preferred.
• Experience building end-to-end payment rails from frontend to settlement.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; data-driven decisions.
• Effective communicator; collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, sales, partners.
• Curious with entrepreneurial drive.
