Payments Product Manager (PH)

📋 Description

• Build and expand fiat payments for Philippines and beyond with providers and banks
• Productize payments solutions (ewallet, tokenized, crypto-to-fiat) for partners
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to optimize payment journeys and backend flows
• Own key operational metrics like payment conversion rates
• Scale the business with Finance, Operations, Compliance and external partners
• Interface with external clients to assist API integration questions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Philippine banking, fintech and payments
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; STEM or business/finance/economics preferred
• End-to-end payment rails experience from frontend to settlements
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; data-driven decision making
• Excellent communicator; collaborate with engineering, compliance, sales, partners
• Curious and entrepreneurial
