Payor Partnerships Manager

📋 Description

• Support multiple health plan partners from implementation through ongoing value delivery.
• Serve as intermediary to fairly represent partner interests and needs to internal stakeholders at
• Quarterback day-to-day program delivery, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver on
• Partner with the Patient Acquisition & Marketing teams to execute on payor penetration and
• Accountable for health plan satisfaction, renewals & expansion opportunities to new markets
• Produce and deliver high quality, actionable client meeting agendas, report content, etc.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• X years of experience
• Previous experience in mental health working with Managed Care Organizations.
• Proven experience working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver against aggressive project
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong working relationships, navigate
• Demonstrated experience owning and managing multiple concurrent relationships with a diverse client
