📋 Description

• Verifying and uploading timesheets
• Calculating salaries and rewards for employees
• Calculating allowances for temporary work incapacity
• Preparing certificates at the request of employees
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for Fiscal Service
• Preparing internal reports related to HR and payroll indicators

🎯 Requirements

• Previous accounting experience advantageous
• Strong verbal and written Romanian communication
• Ability to organize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with automated accounting software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
