Payroll Analyst

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end APJ monthly payroll across in-scope countries.
• Primary escalation point for APJ payroll queries from employees, HRBPs, and Finance.
• Validate Workday data extracts against vendor inputs each cycle.
• Manage APJ inputs: 13th month pay, bonuses, leaves, RSU/ESPP.
• Coordinate off-cycle payments across APJ with approvals.
• Manage payroll calendar across time zones, cut-offs, and holidays.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years payroll experience, incl. 3+ years in APJ multi-country payroll.
• Knowledge of APJ statutory frameworks: Australia, Japan, Singapore, India, South Korea, and SEA.
• End-to-end payroll: calculations, input validation, payment, GL posting, reconciliation, year-end filing.
• Experience managing in-country vendors/MSPs for APJ payroll.
• Hands-on with global payroll platforms (ADP Celergo, CloudPay, Papaya Global, Deel, Ramco).
• Proficiency in Workday or HRIS; Workday payroll reports and data extracts is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication in English; cross-functional collaboration.
