🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in HR, payroll, payments, tech consulting, or software product mgmt
• Knowledge of payroll, payroll software types, garnishments, benefits distribution
• Strong math, analysis, and attention to detail
• Experience working remotely
• Passion for the evolving tech landscape and solving business problems
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to build rapport with diverse cultural backgrounds
• Excellent interpersonal skills
