• Process payroll transactions accurately and timely.
• Verify and reconcile payroll data and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with payroll policies; coordinate with HR on data.
• Analyze payroll data to uncover trends and discrepancies.
• Work with Payroll Manager to create data-driven payroll insights.
• Evaluate payroll systems and recommend improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years with payroll processing in EMEA
• Knowledge of payroll software and data analytics tools (TMF platform)
• Experience with HR information systems (Workday)
• Knowledge of compliance regulations in EMEA payroll
• Knowledge of payroll auditing processes
• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations across EMEA
