Payroll Analyst, Global Payroll

📋 Description

• Build and own pre-payroll analytics and audit reporting for US payroll.
• Design cycle-level reports to identify discrepancies before submission.
• Run end-to-end US payroll cycles with hands-on entries and adjustments.
• Enter payroll inputs including commissions, bonuses, and adjustments across cycles.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to upload EIB templates into Workday.
• Conduct regular payroll audits and investigate discrepancies.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years payroll experience in high-growth or global org; startup preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with payroll reporting and audits.
• US payroll end-to-end experience, with exposure to international payroll.
• 3+ years hands-on with Workday Payroll.
• Experience creating and managing payroll imports and EIB uploads in Workday.
• Experience supporting global payroll vendors (Remote).
