Payroll Analyst (Remote)

📋 Description

• Process full-cycle payroll for exempt employees, corrections, commissions, bonuses, and final
• Reconcile payroll records for each pay period and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, taxes, and employment
• Maintain accurate payroll records and audit employee data to ensure compliance with wage laws and
• Ensure accurate processing of payments and deductions, including garnishments, levies, and benefits.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports on a weekly, monthly, and year-to-date basis.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required (college degree preferred).
• 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Understanding of Payroll business processes, and commissions.
• Experience with UKG (UltiPro) payroll software required.
• Solid understanding of payroll, final pay and multi jurisdiction taxation laws.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
