Payroll Associate

📋 Description

• Own significant portions of the biweekly payroll cycle, including pre-payroll audits, time and
• Resolve complex payroll issues independently, including retroactive adjustments, multi-state
• Perform detailed payroll reconciliations and variance analyses, including earnings and deductions
• Partner with HR, Benefits, Finance, and other stakeholders to identify root causes, resolve
• Improve how payroll work gets done by maintaining SOPs, analyzing recurring errors, mentoring

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume, multi-state environment, with strong knowledge of
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data validation, and are
• Hands-on experience with payroll and HRIS systems; experience with ADP Vantage, Workforce, and
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with demonstrated experience independently investigating complex
• Communicate effectively across teams, provide strong employee support, maintain strict
• Comfortable learning and applying new technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve
