📋 Description

• End-to-End Payroll Processing: Own payroll runs for Prompt and subsidiaries with accuracy.
• Payroll Registrations & Compliance: Manage tax registrations across federal, state, local.
• System Administration: Primary Rippling payroll software admin; maintain backend config.
• Data Integrity & Auditing: Input, audit, and maintain payroll data across systems.
• Payroll Inquiry Management: Triage and resolve payroll inquiries about pay, taxes, deposits.
• Reporting & Auditing: Produce standard and ad-hoc payroll reports for reconciliation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end payroll processing (7+ years preferred).
• Multi-state payroll, payroll tax compliance, and entity registrations across jurisdictions.
• Advanced payroll software proficiency; preference for Rippling.
• Experience as sole/primary payroll owner for an organization and subsidiaries.
• Strong Google Sheets skills for data reporting and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and confidentiality.
