Payroll & Benefits Specialist (Argentina Only - Remote)

📋 Description

• Manage payroll processing across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
• Support payroll reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payroll-related issues
• Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes within payroll, benefits, and retirement systems
• Maintain payroll records, including compensation updates, deductions, organizational changes, and data updates
• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and pay administration
• Support year-end payroll activities and compliance across global regions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience processing Canadian and U.S. payroll in a multi-region environment
• Payroll certification or equivalent experience
• Experience using UKG, Workday, CloudPay or similar
• Strong analytical skills for payroll data
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
• Degree, diploma, or equivalent in HR, Business Admin, Accounting, or related field
