Payroll & Benefits Specialist (Mexico Only - Remote)

📋 Description

• Manage payroll across multiple countries with accuracy and compliance.
• Support payroll reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and changes in payroll/benefits systems.
• Maintain payroll records, including updates, deductions, and data changes.
• Respond to employee payroll and benefits inquiries.
• Support year-end payroll activities and global compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience processing Canadian and U.S. payroll in a multi-region environment.
• Payroll certification or equivalent.
• Experience with UKG, Workday, CloudPay, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills for investigating payroll discrepancies.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Degree in HR/Business/Accounting or related; strong English communication.
