Payroll & Billing Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end international expense management processes.
• Act as the main contact for expense inquiries with global customers, internal staff, and providers.
• Collect timesheet data and payroll information.
• Enter data into payroll and administrative databases and software.
• Calculate wages, benefits, tax deductions, and commissions.
• Prepare and process paychecks and cash deposits.

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in accounting, business, or a related field may be preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience working in payroll or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices.
• Experience with billing cost-plus contracts.
• Experience managing expenses and payroll in LATAM countries (Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Chile).
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with the Zoho suite of applications.
