Payroll Coordinator APAC

📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle for employees and workers following their onboarding, ensuring
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal payroll policies, local employment legislation, and
• Review payroll reports, investigate discrepancies and out-of-balance figures, and implement
• Validate and approve payroll reports by cross-checking employee information, internal records, and
• Maintain payroll schedules, key performance indicators (KPIs), internal reporting, and master
• Ensure employee information and records are accurate, complete, and updated before each payroll

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in payroll administration, payroll
• Established understanding of payroll concepts, processes, and local payroll legislation across the
• Experience managing payroll activities and employee information throughout the employment
• Good knowledge of payroll reconciliation, reporting, employee records management, and payroll
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the relevant local language.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify, investigate
