  • Payroll in a multi-country team; hybrid in Buffalo.
  • Maintain employee data in the accounting system (new hires, changes, terminations, PTO).
  • Review, reconcile, and post timesheets with labor adjustments and overtime rules.
  • Track and follow up on late timesheets with accounting processes.
  • Process bi-weekly U.S. payrolls; review hours, deductions, and tax withholding.
  • Maintain direct deposit and Federal/State tax changes.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years payroll and/or accounting experience.
  • Payroll certification a plus.
  • Knowledge of payroll, accounting principles and methods.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
