📋 Description

• End-to-end payroll processing across UK, USA, RO.
• Primary payroll point of contact for employees.
• Manage expenses platforms (Expensify, EOR, Navan) and VAT.
• Prepare pension files and AXA benefits with payroll.
• Lead P11D creation and PSA data collection.
• Ensure data integrity and cross-department collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• UK payroll concepts: NI, tax, pensions, P11Ds
• Experience with Expensify, Navan, EOR expense tools
• Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
• VAT coding and data reconciliation
• Familiar with AI tool usage and verification
• Strong cross-department communication
