Payroll Finance Analyst

📋 Description

• Support financial governance, integrity, and payroll reporting globally.
• Prepare payroll journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Investigate variances between payroll outputs and records.
• Manage employee debt recovery balances and related adjustments.
• Produce payroll reports and cost analyses for decision-making.
• Support payroll audits, compliance and process improvements incl. AI.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree or M.Com/MBA in Finance/Commerce/Accounting or related.
• 3+ years experience in Finance, Accounting, Payroll Finance, R2R, GL.
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.
• Part-qualified or pursuing CA/CMA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Experience in payroll accounting/operations and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Workday).
