🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/M.Com/MBA (Finance) or related field
• 3+ years in Finance, Accounting, Payroll Finance, R2R
• Experience in reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Part-qualified or pursuing CA/ CMA/ ACCA/ CIMA
• Experience in payroll accounting or payroll operations
