Payroll Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll implementations: discovery to go-live
• Configure and troubleshoot UK payroll: GL, pensions, RTI processing
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and own them
• Partner with PMs and Solutions Architects to support the journey
• Provide ad hoc on-site training and launch support, plus remote delivery
• Use AI tools in day-to-day work, from reconciliation to communication

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on UK payroll implementations end-to-end
• Deep knowledge of UK payroll legislation
• Curious, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity
• High attention to detail and accountability
• Comfortable using AI in daily tools like spreadsheets and reconciliation
• Bonus: CIPP or equivalent qualification, or working towards one
