Payroll Lead

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end global payroll across U.S. and international regions.
• Build scalable payroll systems and workflows with Finance, People Ops, and Legal.
• Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and international regs.
• Advise employees and leaders on payroll, taxes, and equity; manage vendors.
• Analyze payroll data and docs to forecast costs and improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of payroll experience in high-growth, global tech companies.
• Strong US multi-state payroll knowledge; international experience (EMEA/APAC preferred).
• Expertise in payroll compliance, tax regs, and year-end filings.
• Experience with payroll/HR systems (ADP, Gusto, Rippling, Workday, Deel, etc.).
• Excellent analytical skills with high accuracy and thorough documentation.
• CPP or similar certification.
