• Act as Nordics payroll SME focusing on Denmark
• Attend and lead Sales calls as Country Payroll Lead
• Plan, execute and monitor global payroll implementations
• Manage parallel runs and first month live payroll handover
• Document decisions and create SOPs for Payroll Operations
• Mentor Payroll Generalists and coordinate internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive payroll experience in client payroll environments
• Nordic region legislative expertise with Denmark focus
• Payroll implementation experience
• Proficiency with Intega payroll software in Denmark
• Proficiency with SAP and Excel/Google Sheets
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
