Lead planning, execution and monitoring of global payroll implementations.
Manage end-to-end implementation from inception to live payroll.
Develop standardized payroll processes, project plans and SOPs.
Mentor Payroll Generalists and coordinate with internal teams on UAT and shipping.

🎯 Requirements

Extensive payroll experience in client payroll environments.
Nordics knowledge with Denmark focus.
Payroll implementation experience.
Proficiency with Intega payroll software in Denmark.
SAP and Excel/Google Sheets for payroll.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
