Payroll Lead, Implementations - Denmark (Nordics)

📋 Description

• Act as subject matter expert for Nordics, focus on Denmark.
• Lead parallel runs and the first live payroll; handover to ops.
• Lead payroll implementation projects end-to-end with timely delivery.
• Maintain records of decisions and SOPs for Payroll Operations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
• Mentor Payroll Generalists and coordinate with internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive payroll experience in client payroll env.
• Nordic region knowledge with Denmark specialization.
• Payroll implementation experience.
• Intega payroll software experience (Denmark).
• SAP and Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
• Analytical mindset and problem solving.
• Experience with accounting/reconciliations.
• Ability to work asynchronously.
