Payroll Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end payroll for all employees across locations
• Ensure timely, accurate processing of multi-state payroll
• Maintain payroll calendars and deadlines
• Process hires, terminations, changes, LOA, and adjustments
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries confidentially

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field
• 5+ years payroll experience in multi-state environment
• Experience with employee expense reimbursement and corporate cards
• Strong knowledge of US payroll tax regs and wage/hour laws
• Experience with ADP, UKG Ready, Concur, Ramp or similar
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Base pay range: $135,000 - $160,000 annually
