Oversee biweekly, bimonthly, and off-cycle payroll for all employees and contractors
Maintain UKG Pro HRIS and Payroll to meet the organization's needs
Ensure payroll procedures are compliant, accurate, and well-documented
Audit and reconcile payroll data; resolve discrepancies
Partner with Finance, IT, People Ops, and Care teams to provide accurate reporting
Oversee and modify timekeeping to meet state/local requirements and org objectives

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in multi-state payroll; 3+ years in a manager role
Subject matter expert in UKG Payroll and Workforce Management
Deep knowledge of multi-state payroll and wage/hour for remote hourly staff
Hands-on in timekeeping, payroll processing, year-end closing, audits
Excellent communication; build Payroll with front-line teams
Workday or HCM implementation experience a plus
