• Oversee payroll processing across multiple states and entities.
• Lead payroll team, coaching and developing staff.

• Conduct payroll audits and document audit support.
• Monitor federal, state, and local payroll regulations and filings.
• Resolve complex payroll issues while maintaining compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of professional payroll processing experience.
• Experience leading payroll teams with coaching and development.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance practices.
• Experience managing complex multi-state payroll operations.
• Experience with ADP Vantage or similar payroll systems.
