Payroll Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end payroll ops across CZ, SK, HU, RO.
• Ensure accurate, timely, compliant payroll throughout lifecycle.
• Improve payroll processes in a multi-country Sales Market.
• Collaborate with outsourced providers and internal teams to resolve payroll matters.
• Provide guidance on payroll, labor law, and statutory topics.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of labor law and payroll regulations.
• Experience in payroll roles, preferably multi-country/retail.
• Knowledge of Czech and/or Slovak labor law and payroll processes.
• Experience with outsourced payroll providers and multi-country operations.
• 3+ years of leadership, people development, and performance management.
• Excellent English (spoken and written); Czech/Slovak language proficiency.
