Payroll Manager

📋 Description

• Manage global payroll for employees, EORs, contractors - timely and compliant.
• Support payroll-to-cash and ERP reconciliations; assist month-end close.
• Administer Carta equity programs: grants, vesting, exercises.
• Maintain data consistency across HiBob, Carta, Deel, ERP via reconciliations.
• Support audits with accurate, well-documented operational data.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on equity plan experience in international settings (RSUs, stock options).
• Experience managing global payroll via Deel or similar platforms.
• Strong payroll and tax knowledge related to equity compensation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ownership mindset.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, Legal, Tax, vendors.
