Drive data accuracy with Finance on funding, GL booking, and reconciliations.
Support the full employee lifecycle: off-cycle payments, bonuses, statutory pay.
Enable compliant growth: onboard new APAC entities onto payroll.
Be the audit & compliance expert: respond to audits and maintain docs.
Elevate vendor performance by monitoring SLAs and resolving issues.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years APAC payroll experience.
Multi-country APAC payroll across key markets.
Deep knowledge of statutory compliance and local labour laws.
Experience with HRIS, specifically Workday.
Hands-on use of AI assistants for data analysis and reporting.
Partner with Finance on reconciliations, GL allocations, and audits.
Excellent English communication.
