  • Own regional payroll end-to-end across APAC entities.
  • Lead monthly payroll across all APAC entities and manage vendors.
  • Coordinate funding, GL bookings, and month-end reconciliations.
  • Onboard new APAC entities onto payroll from setup to first run.
  • Respond to external audits and maintain payroll documentation for compliance.
  • Monitor vendor SLAs with HR Operations and resolve issues proactively.

  • 7+ years APAC payroll experience with 2-3 country expertise.
  • Multi-country APAC payroll across Singapore, Malaysia, Greater China, Vietnam.
  • Deep knowledge of statutory compliance, local labour laws, and vendor management.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted data analysis, automation, and reporting.
  • Partner with Finance on reconciliations, GL allocations, and audit deliverables.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, Workday.
