📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll operations across Asia and Europe.
• Partner with HR, Finance and Legal on statutory reqs.
• Manage vendor relationships and cross-border payroll complexities.
• Drive process improvements to scale payroll as Samsara expands.
• Support a growing international employee population.
• Role can be London office or fully remote within the UK.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years of multinational payroll experience across Asia and Europe.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• Publicly traded company background with equity, SOX, USGAAP knowledge.
• Experience with CloudPay and Workday integrations.
• A track record in high-growth, fast-paced tech environments.
