Payroll Manager - Global Operations

📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end payroll across multiple countries and currencies.
• Ensure on-time, accurate payroll in compliance with local tax and labor laws.
• Coordinate with global payroll vendors and internal stakeholders for consistent service.
• Maintain payroll calendars and manage activities across time zones.
• Lead payroll data validation, reporting, and year-end processes.
• Partner with Finance and HR for payroll accounting, budgeting, and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including international payroll.
• Experience managing payroll across multiple countries and currencies.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, taxation, and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll/ERP systems (Workday, ADP, Dayforce).
• Advanced Excel and payroll reporting skills.
