Payroll Manager (US Experience)

📋 Description

• Manage the complete payroll cycle, including collecting time and attendance data, calculating gross
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll taxes, prepare and file required tax
• Administer payroll-related benefits deductions, such as health insurance, 401(k), and HSAs, and
• Generate payroll reports and analyze data for trends and cost savings.
• Maintain the ADP Workforce Now system, ensuring data integrity and implementing upgrades.
• Develop and implement internal controls and conduct self-audits for compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in payroll processing, tax compliance, and system management.
• Expert level MS Excel knowledge.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll principles, federal/state/local tax laws, and accounting practices.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
