Payroll Operations Specialist APAC

📋 Description

• Execute day-to-day operations and administrative tasks for Justworks' payroll system across the
• Coordinate and manage local payroll vendors across various APAC countries to ensure timely
• Own and oversee the employee enrollment process from start to finish; ensure that all local
• Monitor payroll disbursements, triage incoming payroll-related tickets, and resolve routine issues
• Conduct thorough monthly reconciliation processes in collaboration with the payroll, benefits, and
• Maintain and update internal payroll operations resources, country playbooks, and procedural

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a finance, HR, global payments, or payroll-related role; a bachelor's
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and high comfort analyzing
• Familiarity with business process management activities, such as process mapping, improvement, and
• Strong aptitude for technology, with the ability to quickly master proprietary operational
• Resourceful and curious; you are a self-starter who enjoys figuring things out independently and
