QA payroll outputs, salary calculations, and backups for accuracy
Coordinate approvals; process payments; share gross-to-net and journal entries
Manage daily payroll queries, ticketing systems, and vendor communications
Track KPIs, FloQast sign-offs, and statutory payments
Manage year-end filings, reconciliations, and payroll audits

🎯 Requirements

5-7 years payroll experience; Czechia/EMEA familiarity
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
Advanced payroll systems expertise and strong MS Excel
In-depth knowledge of Czechia/EMEA payroll, tax regs, and audits
Ability to work under pressure with strict data confidentiality
Excellent written and verbal communication; explain payroll clearly
