Payroll Specialist

📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end payroll processes in Hungary, covering the full payroll lifecycle
• Ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time, in compliance with local labor laws, tax
• Secure accurate, timely and compliant payroll execution in collaboration with external payroll
• Monitor, update and run all processes regarding employee hires, exits and staff changes
• Monitor employee time attendance system so that data is depicted correctly (absence, overtime etc.)
• Deliver trainings for basic payroll matters (e.g. time attendance, routines etc.) to key

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Hungarian labor and payroll laws, legal regulations, and payroll routines
• Proven experience in payroll roles is required, with retail industry experience considered an asset
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with great attention to detail
• Familiarity with SAP and SuccessFactors systems will be beneficial
• Fluent Hungarian (spoken and written) - mandatory
• Very good English (spoken and written) - mandatory
