Payroll Specialist

📋 Description

• Secure accurate, timely and compliant payroll execution in collaboration with external payroll
• Monitor, update and run all processes regarding employee hires, exits and staff changes.
• Monitor employee time attendance system so that data is depicted correctly (absence, overtime etc.).
• Deliver trainings for basic payroll matters (e.g. time attendance, routines etc.) to key
• Maintain accurate payroll and employee files.
• Secure compliance with all external authorities relevant to payroll function and act as point of

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Czech Republic and Slovak labor and payroll laws, legal regulations, and payroll
• Proven experience in payroll roles is required, with retail industry experience considered an asset.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with great attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SAP and SuccessFactors systems will be beneficial.
• Fluent Czech language (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Very good English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
