Payroll Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, master data and employee files with accuracy and care
• Ensure payroll activities follow Swedish legislation, collective agreements and internal routines
• Complete month-end activities including bank file submissions, accounting files and AGI processing
• Handle payroll calculations, corrections, reporting, incidents and escalations
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, compliance and colleague experience

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience and relevant education within payroll, HR or a similar field
• Good understanding of Swedish payroll, local collective agreements and relevant legislation
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
• Experience from pensions, benefits, external authority reporting and payroll-related administration
