📋 Description

  • Monthly payroll calculations: base pay, KPIs, bonuses.
  • Run full payroll cycle in 1C:ZUP HR/Payroll.
  • Extract worked hours, vacations, leaves, overtime from HRIS.
  • Calculate final pay on termination, vacation, sick leave.
  • Prepare final Calculation Reports for Treasury/Finance.
  • Primary contact for specialists on income, bonuses, deductions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years as Payroll Specialist / Accountant (IT/iGaming preferred)
  • Solid experience with 1C:ZUP (core tool)
  • Experience with modern HRIS/HRM systems
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Strict confidentiality handling sensitive financial data
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with large numerical data
