Payroll Specialist Lead - Poland

📋 Description

• Process payroll accurately, on time, and in compliance with country rules.
• Own end-to-end payroll for assigned jurisdictions, incl. inputs, calculations, post-payroll.
• Serve as SME on country payroll requirements and regulatory developments.
• Support rollout of payroll services in new jurisdictions and integrate into workflows.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on country payroll matters.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and risks; escalate when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on end-to-end payroll processing in Poland.
• Experience managing payroll in multi-country environments with diverse systems.
• Strong understanding of payroll controls, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance.
• Comfortable working with internal/external stakeholders in payroll ecosystem.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with problem-solving for complex payroll scenarios.
• Fluent written and spoken English; able to work asynchronously in distributed teams.
