📋 Description

• Ensure payroll processed accurately, on time, and compliant with country regs.
• Own end-to-end payroll execution for assigned jurisdictions.
• Subject-matter expert on country payroll requirements; stay updated.
• Coordinate with internal teams and payroll partners across jurisdictions.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and compliance risks.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled improvements to payroll processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Mid-to-senior payroll ops with hands-on Poland payroll processing
• Experience in multi-country payroll environments and diverse systems
• Strong payroll controls, reconciliations, statutory reporting, compliance
• Comfort working with remote, cross-functional stakeholders
• Analytical, detail-oriented with robust problem solving
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
