• Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and compliant.
• Own end-to-end payroll execution for assigned jurisdictions.
• Stay updated on payroll regulations and tax changes.
• Coordinate with internal and external payroll stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and risks.
• Contribute to automation and AI-enabled payroll improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Polish payroll ops experience, end-to-end Poland payroll.
• Experience with multi-country payroll in global organizations.
• Strong understanding of payroll controls, reconciliations, and compliance.
• Comfortable working with internal/external payroll stakeholders.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
