Payroll Specialist Lead - Poland (Individual Contributor)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll for assigned jurisdictions, including inputs validation and post-payroll.
• Ensure payroll processed accurately, on time, compliant with country rules.
• Act as SME on country payroll requirements; stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external payroll partners.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and compliance issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of payroll processes and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Polish Payroll operations experience with end-to-end Poland payroll.
• Experience in multi-country payroll or global organizations.
• Strong payroll controls, reconciliations, statutory reporting, and compliance.
• Proficient in payroll tools and data analysis (in-house and external).
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
