Payroll Specialist Lead - Poland (Individual Contributor)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll execution for assigned jurisdictions, including validation of inputs and
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with country-specific
• Act as SME on country payroll requirements; stay updated on legislative, tax, and regulatory
• Support rollout of payroll services in new or expanding jurisdictions and integrate processes into
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on country payroll matters.
• Contribute to automation and AI-enabled improvements to payroll operations and data analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• Mid-to-senior payroll ops experience with end-to-end payroll in Poland.
• Experience managing payroll in multi-country environments with various payroll systems.
• Strong knowledge of payroll controls, reconciliations, statutory reporting, and compliance.
• Ability to work with stakeholders in a cross-functional, asynchronous, globally distributed setup.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of handling complex payroll scenarios.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
